IFA 2013 was certainly a smorgasbord of consumer electronics announcements over at Berlin, Germany, last week, and it was no surprise then to catch some of the quirkier items that would not normally warrant a full blown press conference, and even if it were to be announced, it would be considered as “filler” material – only to be noted in a sentence or two at the end of a particular presentation. Having said that, the Sony hall over at IFA 2013 did showcase a bunch of Sony Xperia Z1 cases of different kinds and colors.
Unfortunately for those who love to learn things through touch, these Sony Xperia Z1 cases happened to remain behind the security of a glass window, leaving them free from human fingerprints. From what could be discerned, however, they all looked extremely well made. There were some leather-made folio cases that proved to be extremely stylish, and the polycarbonate protective cases by Incipio did seem to be the toughest kid on the block. Not only that, there was a particular wooden-looking Xperia Z1 case by the Japanese brand Hacoa that certainly oozed with class. It seems that the Sony Xperia Z1 is going to be well stocked when it comes to third party cases, right?RELATED
