It goes without saying that when one mentions the Google Play store, it more or less refers to the virtual place where you will be able to download a plethora of apps for your Android-powered device there. Not only that, Google has ensured that Google Play has ended up a whole lot more than that, as they now also sell other stuff such as music, movies, books, magazines, and of course, devices. Needless to say, the Nexus range of hardware would be the most famous line in Google Play, where other items such as Chromecast are also part of the lineup. The thing is, the device or hardware segment of the Google Play store remained available only to a limited number of countries.
Hence, it is encouraging to see that Google Play is expanded fast these days, where the Google Play store device section was recently rolled out in Italy, and the latest round of rumors do point to Finland, Norway and other countries having the possibility of enjoying a device section in Google Play before 2013 is over. As at press time, the Google Play store is available in countries such as Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Spain, United Kingdom, and the United States.
