Sony PlayStation 4 Meets 50 Caliber Sniper Rifle

The folks at RatedRR have put on some great shows in the past, such as recently blowing up an Xbox 360 using C4, or blowing through a brand new iPhone 5s with a 50 caliber rifle. Well now they’re back and given that both the Xbox One and Sony PS4 are extremely close to launch, what better way to usher in the new era of consoles than by blowing one of them up, right? That’s exactly what RatedRR did in their latest video where they shoot a brand new Sony PlayStation 4 with a 50 caliber rifle, similar to what they did with the iPhone 5s, and the results, well, safe to say it’s going to be pretty damn hard to put this back together again, that’s for sure.

The video has attracted a fair number of dislikes, although we’re not sure why. It could be that those who don’t advocate guns aren’t too happy to see it used so frivolously, or it could be that some people don’t appreciate how brand new gadgets are “wasted” in these types of videos where there are many people around the world who might not be able to afford such devices. Either way if you’re a fan of senseless destruction and would like to see a brand new PS4 completely obliterated with a 50 caliber sniper rifle, today’s your lucky day, so check out the video above to see the action!
