xbox-one-achievements-interface

Now that the PlayStation 4 has been released, all eyes are on the Xbox One as it’ll be released to the masses on November 22. With every day that passes, we’re learning more and more about Microsoft’s next-generation video game console, and a set of new images has just given us a glimpse into the Xbox One’s new achievement interface.

Xbox Studios’ partner studio manager Mike Ybarra published a series of images on his Twitter account over the weekend showcasing just how the Xbox One achievement interface will look like. The Xbox One achievement interface will feature a series of tiles that represent each achievement you’ve unlocked within a particular game along with an image. The Xbox One will also display your total achievement completion, both in points as well as percentage, as well as display how many titles players have reached 100% in their hunt for a game’s achievements.

Microsoft was the first company to bring achievements to the console market once the Xbox 360 launched, and it’s good to see the company has continued to evolve its achievements feature as they could have just as easily copied & pasted the experience we already know so well on the Xbox 360. We guess we’ll just have to wait to experience the new achievements interface when the Xbox One is released on November 22.
