With the release of The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug over the weekend, it seems anyone and everyone is once again going completely bonkers over The Lord of the Rings. Things are just going to get much worse now that WB Games has released the first official trailer for LEGO The Hobbit. 

LEGO The Hobbit will take players on an interactive journey through the first two films of The Hobbit trilogy: The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey and the just released The Hobbit: Desolation of Smaug. Players will follow the adventures of Bilbo Baggins as he is recruited by Gandalf to aid Thorin Oakenshield and his company of Dwarves. Players will be able to utilize and combine each Dwarves’ unique ability in order to solve diverse quests. WB Games says the quests in LEGO The Hobbit are the most diverse quests that have ever been featured in any LEGO game to date.

LEGO The Hobbit will be released in 2014 on the Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, PlayStation Vita, Wi U, Nintendo 3DS and PC, although no actual release date was given at the time of writing.
