sm-p905v-fccWe did manage to lay our hands on the Galaxy Note Pro at the recently concluded CES 2014, not to mention hear rumors of alleged hardware specifications of this device showing up on a leaked AnTuTu benchmark, but one thing is for sure – the Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 from Samsung is going to appear in the market pretty soon, as sure as the sun rises in the east and sets in the west. In fact, a recent FCC filing did point to how this particular tablet could make its way over to Verizon Wireless, where the variant will carry the model number SM-P905V as it plays nice with Verizon’s LTE (4 and 13) bands.

Ever since the 2014 refresh of the Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 10.1 happened, having passed through the FCC with it bound for Verizon LTE, it does seem as though the mobile carrier could eventually put both tablet sizes on offer when it is officially available. I suppose for those who feel that they do not have any need for mobile Internet connectivity, the Wi-Fi only version will suffice.

One thing’s for sure – this is not the only device from Samsung to hit the FCC recently, and as we all know, anything that gains approval from the FCC is very, very close to being released.
