samsung-sm-s780lThere is nothing quite like having a flagship device announced by any smartphone manufacturer, as it underlines the intent of the company to introduce something that users will be proud of. What used to make the cut in flagship devices, 720p displays on smartphones are now considered to be mid-range handsets. Having said that, 720p is still pretty decent a performer when you look at it, and I suppose that Samsung has the mid-range market in mind with the new and unannounced SM-S780L.

For starters, the Samsung SM-S780L happens to be an unannounced smartphone which has been confirmed thanks to its User Agent profile having made an appearance over at Samsung’s website. This particular device will run on the Android mobile operating system of course, where it will be accompanied by a 720 x 1280 pixels display – although the screen size itself remains unknown. Other than that, this particular device has also picked up a Wi-Fi certification not too long ago, which means it will carry dual-band Wi-Fi a/b/g/n/ac. It remains to be seen whether the Samsung SM-S780L will debut at Mobile World Congress that is happening next month, but we know for sure that we will be making the rounds on the showfloor to see whether it will make an appearance or not.
