Sharing is caring, so goes the saying, but the latest Facebook Paper update really does try to capture its spirit. The app was released last month and it became quite popular, primarily due to the fact that it presents users with another way to keep up with their Facebook feeds, design and the fluid user experience is certainly its salient feature. The latest update encourages users to share Facebook posts by giving them even more options to spread the word.

Previously users could only share posts with their Facebook friends, but now the Paper app lets them share certain Facebook posts through email, text message or even Facebook message. Privacy filters obviously apply, so if a post isn’t allowed to be shared, users won’t be able to do so even through these new options. Also, it should be kept in mind that not all Facebook posts can be shared, only those that link to online articles can be sent over email and text message.

Moreover, the update also brings the ability to create posts in Chinese, Japanese, Korean and a host of other languages. Users also get the ability to turn off sound effects. To access these new sharing options, users simply need to tap on the arrow, placed at the bottom of the screen. Facebook Paper is only available for the iPhone as of now.
