titanfall-xboxoneRespawn Entertainment’s Titanfall will be making its way onto Microsoft’s Windows and Xbox platforms on the 11th of March. We’re sure this is a game many are looking forward to after seeing the gameplay videos and seeing how Microsoft went as far as tweaking the Xbox One’s controller just for the game.

Microsoft has also revealed a Titanfall Xbox One bundle that is basically a regular Xbox One with the game bundled. However there will also be a limited edition Xbox One controller available, and last we heard there were rumors about a Titanfall edition Xbox One console as well. Turns out the rumors were true, thanks to a recent photo posted by Respawn, although the downside is that gamers won’t be able to buy it.

According to Respawn’s tweet, “Almost hate to post this cause they aren’t for sale but @Xbox brought our studio something amazing today.” As you can see in the image above, the Titanfall edition Xbox One console is indeed very real and boy does it look good! Even if you’re not a fan of the game, you have to admit that it looks pretty sweet.

We’re not sure why Microsoft has no plans to sell it since we’re sure many gamers are more than happy to shell out money for it, but perhaps it was made as a token of appreciation for the folks at Respawn for all their hard work. Heck, with this kind of exclusivity we’re not even sure if it will pop up on eBay.

However if you absolutely must have the console, we guess the next best thing would be to head on over to Colorware’s website where they are currently offering customized Xbox One consoles. It won’t be exactly the same, but perhaps you could configure it to share a similar color scheme.
