lava-iris-pro20Now here is a smartphone that would most probably be affordable by all accounts, considering how it was manufactured in India. LAVA of New Delhi has just delivered their latest Iris Pro 20 smartphone that actually fits in a 4.7″ display within a chassis that measures all of 7.7mm slim, now how about that? Not only that, your pockets would hardly be able to feel it since it tips the scales at a mere 112 grams.

This is no flagship smartphone, make no mistake about it, since it will be lesser than the recently introduced Iris Pro 30 flagship device. It sports more or less similar hardware specifications, although the display carries qHD resolution instead of 720p that the Iris Pro 30 delivers.

Other than that, it retains the quad-core 1.2GHz processor, 4GB of internal memory, 1GB RAM, a 2,000mAh battery, and Android 4.2 Jelly Bean as the mobile operating system of choice. Not only that, it will also feature dual SIM support just like its more accomplished sibling. The front facing camera, however, has taken a knock down to VGA, although the 8MP camera at the back still retains the dual LED flash. It is set to roll out “soon” for a relatively affordable price point of $150 (after conversion) as an unlocked device.
