samsung-sm-t800-fccSamsung is no doubt a company that intends to cover a wide spectrum with the kind of hardware that they have made available for the masses, and when it comes to choices for tablets, they are no different, either. In fact, we have seen the Samsung SM-T800 tablet gaining approval from the FCC today, which we will explore in further detail right after the jump.

It does seem as though the Samsung SM-T800 is shaping up to be the same tablet as that of the Samsung SM-T801 and the Samsung SM-T805, although this would be the Wi-Fi only model, with both of the other mentioned tablets having already made their way over to the FCC at the end of March 2014.

Could this be the new 10.5” AMOLED phablet that has been making its way around the rumor mills recently? I suppose only time will be able to tell, but as something has already been approved on the FCC, it is only a matter of time before it actually hits the mass market. The Samsung SM-T800 was caught in a benchmark test before, where suggested hardware specifications include 3GB RAM, 16GB of internal memory, an 1.9GHz Exynos 5 processor, a 2MP front-facing camera, an 8MP camera at the back and Android 4.4.2 KitKat.
