Watch-Dogs-Aiden-PearceWatch Dogs was shown off by Ubisoft a couple of years ago and safe to say it looked pretty amazing. The game is expected to see a release on the PC and console later this year and if you’re not planning on playing it on console, there is a good chance you will want to upgrade your PC because its recommended specs appear to be pretty high.

Ubisoft has yet to officially confirm the recommended PC specs for the upcoming game, but thanks to a recent sighting on Steam (page has since been taken down), the specs have been revealed. Assuming that the information spotted was accurate, gamers are recommended to have a computer powered by an  8-core Intel Core i7-3770 processor or an AMD FX-8350 X8.

Gamers are also recommended to have at least 8GB of RAM, a GPU with 2GB of VRAM like the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 TI or the AMD Radeon HD 7850. The game will also take up 25GB of storage and will require Windows Vista (SP2), Windows 7 (SP1), or Windows 8 64-bit.

Like we said, the recommended specs are pretty high so if you want to run the game at max settings and have everything run smoothly, you’ll want to perform some system upgrades. So, who’s planning on upgrading their PCs in order to run the game? Or does your gaming rig already meet the recommended specs and then some?
