Do you think that there will be a new trend of smartphones which will be making their way to the market, just like how the Mini spin-offs were introduced to accompany the various flagship models out there, like the Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini as well as the HTC One Mini? This time around, a new trend of Prime handsets might be making their way, which would be a premium version of the flagship models, as whispers of the Samsung Galaxy S5 Prime as well as the HTC M8 Prime have emerged. In fact, we have just heard from @evleaks that the HTC M8 Prime will be the first smartphone from HTC that features the Sense 6.5 user interface.
Other than that particular rumor, what else is it that we do know about the HTC M8 Prime so far? Apparently, it is touted to arrive with a quad-core 2.5Ghz Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor, 3GB RAM, a massive 5.5” display at 2,560 × 1,440 resolution. This would be the kind of “2k “ displays that are purported to arrive with the Samsung Galaxy S5 Prime and the LG G3 as well.
Well, if the HTC M8 Prime is the first smartphone from the Taiwanese manufacturer to come with Sense 6.5, we do wonder what will the next model be…
