There are already a handful of unannounced HTC devices being speculated about almost on a daily basis and now we add yet another to the list. Apparently its yet another variant of the company’s flagship HTC One. Word on the street is that this is a Verizon exclusive smartphone called HTC One Remix. The name might suggest that the smartphone would probably be geared towards music lovers.

According to infamous Twitter leaker @evleaks, HTC has filed for the “HTC One Remix” trademark with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. It is also claimed that this smartphone will be launched in the U.S. exclusively by Verizon, the country’s largest mobile carrier. Obviously there’s no confirmation about any of this from either Big Red or the Taiwanese company.

Unfortunately that’s all there is to know about the HTC One Remix at this point in time. @evleaks doesn’t offer any hints about specifications or design, and hasn’t leaked a press shot for us to gawk at. Those things may come with time, meaning that we’ll have to sit around and wait until more information about this device shows up.

It is unclear if this is an Android device or the Verizon exclusive Windows Phone 8.1 smartphone that HTC is reportedly developing. Even that smartphone is believed to retain the design language and build material of the ever so popular HTC One M8.
