friend-or-foeWhen it comes to your online account, you will need to be very careful in this day and age, especially when there are so many different ways to skin the proverbial cat, so to speak, when it comes to folks with nefarious intention who want to steal your personal data. Kaspersky Lab hopes that this will not happen to you by announcing their FriendOrFoe app for Facebook which will enable users to be able assess their interactions with friends via a collection of statistics.

Basically, the FriendOrFoe app will show off information such as the number of videos as well as photos that a user publishes, in addition to the places where a user has been checked in at, while depicting which friends reposts and comments most of the time within your very own circle of friends.

Not only that, it will also share other suggestions on how Facebook users are able to avoid possible threats on their Facebook page. Take for instance, the ability to review all the apps that a user is logged in to, depicting the various levels of permission that has been distributed while prompting users to check out any photos that they have been tagged in order to filter through any potentially incriminating photos. I would suppose it would make sense to play it safe right from the get go by not doing anything stupid which can be photographed in the first place. [Press Release]
