samsung-galaxy-note-2-review--07Good things come to those who wait, and if you happen to be still rocking to the good old Samsung Galaxy Note 2 from Sprint, here is some good news for you to take heart and be encouraged that you made the right decision by holding off that upgrade to the Galaxy Note 3 so that you will be ready to accept the Galaxy Note 4 when it finally arrives. Apparently, Sprint has made available the Android 4.4 KitKat update for the Samsung Galaxy Note 2, having being made official a few weeks back before making its mark right on the dot.

With this particular software update, the software version will be bumped up to L900VPUBNE2 and while the changelog is not going to make for an exciting reading material during a long flight, it is still a welcome update nonetheless. Do take into consideration that the Android 4.4 KitKat update will be rolled out in different batches, so depending on where you stay, it might take some time before your venerable Galaxy Note 2 picks up the update. For those of you who happened to have already received and installed the update, how has your experience been? Better late than never, and with this, will it reinvigorate your love for the Galaxy Note 2? [Sprint Page]
