htc-one-review-4core-18If you happen to be a Verizon subscriber, then you would be pleased to hear that the HTC One (M7) on the mobile carrier has finally begun to be on the receiving end of the Sense 6 update a few days after it was announced that such a thing would happen. Of course, Verizon is not the first off the blocks with the Sense 6 update for the HTC One (M7), as Sprint has already done so with their version of the handset yesterday.

With this particular software update, the software version would be bumped to hit 4.10.605.3, where it will be accompanied by a single page with all of the categories of content which one is able to add to BlinkFeed. In addition, this particular update will also add a new design that enables one to scroll through content options non-stop for this particular feature. In Sense 6 as well, BlinkFeed will see the inclusion of restaurant recommendations from Twitter and Foursquare, so that your stomach will be able to have recommendations from the masses as to where to get its fill. Do beware though, the majority is not always right!

Apart from that, the Sense 6 update will also deliver a brand new User Interface with vivid colors and bold typography, where the camera app allows you to customize camera settings using the updated menu options. Not only that, a spanking new button would allow the user to access preloaded camera choices. The update takes approximately half an hour to download, and it should arrive OTA (Over The Air), so it is advisable to remain connected to a Wi-Fi connection with at least half of your smartphone’s battery power intact.
