Unless you have chosen a song to use as your phone’s ringtone, well safe to say that for the most part, ringtones aren’t exactly catchy and are basically used to notify you when you have an incoming call. Well one YouTuber by the name of MetroGnome has decided to turn things around.

What he has done is that he has taken a ringtone from iOS and remixed it into an electronic dance song. He also incorporates other sound effects from iOS into his song, resulting in a pretty damn catchy piece of music!

We never would have thought that someone would have taken an otherwise boring piece of music and transforming into something we’d gladly dance to, but hey, first time for everything, right? This isn’t MetroGnome’s first foray into the world of remixes either. A quick browse on his YouTube page has revealed that he has remixed other songs and sounds.

For example he has remixed the Breaking Bad TV show soundtrack and incorporated voice clips from its characters. For the more mainstream stuff, he has also remixed songs by Maroon 5 and Ellie Goulding. MetroGnome also has some original creations, all of which are pretty good if you’re into that genre of music.

In any case if you have a few minutes to spare, then check his remix out in the video above. What do you guys think? Catchy, huh?
