5s6compare2So we have seen a ton of alleged iPhone 6 mockups and leaked components, but apparently they don’t tell us the full story. We guess that means we will just have to wait until Apple makes the official announcement before we can actually confirm anything. That being said, the folks at 9to5Mac have recently gotten their hands on photos that are supposedly that of the 4.7-inch iPhone 6’s glass display.

5s6compareThe photos were sent in to them by none other than famed Australian leaked, Sonny Dickson, who did leak some pretty compelling (and accurate) photos of the iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c back in 2013. According to the rumors, a 5.5-inch model is said to be in the works as well, but unfortunately there are no photos of that model at the moment, so we guess we’ll just have to make do with the 4.7-inch version.

5s6compare4Interestingly enough it seems that these photos “confirms” a rumor we had heard about, about how the iPhone 6 could feature a curved display. We don’t mean curved like the LG G Flex or Samsung Galaxy Round, but rather the edges of the phone where the display would curve/wrap around the edges, as supposed to merely being a flat piece of glass.

5s6compare3Other than that, the photos are pretty much standard in terms of what we can expect. There are cutouts for the speaker, camera, proximity light sensor, and home button/Touch ID. In any case like we said earlier, apparently the leaked photos we’re seeing of the iPhone 6 are far from the final version of the phone, so who knows what Apple could be changing up later? Take it with a grain of salt for now, but what do you guys make of these?
