I am quite sure that there are times when we would just want a little bit of “me time”, being cut off from the rest of the world. If you are single and work from home, then that should not be too much of an issue, but what happens when you are working with actual humans within the vicinity? The Cozy Room could be the solution, where this small cubicle comes equipped with all the necessary requirements to provide you with some peaceful and quiet downtime.
The Cozy Room sports a solitary chair that will slide into a cubicle, and when that happens, you are more or less cut off away from the rest of the world. There will be no more funny noises or external distractions to disturb you, although within there is a computer/TV set as well as several drawers and shelves for you to place several personal items.
The built-in desk does let you get some work done if you so desire, although the screen and computer are not standard with the Cozy Room, as you will need to provide them yourself in the first place. There is no plumbing whatsoever though, so you will need to get back to the real world whenever nature calls. Targeting the Japanese market, the Cozy Room will cost $8,000 a pop.
