onda-scoreOnda, a manufacturer from China, does look as though they are stamping their mark with the Onda V989 tablet, where this particular model will feature the latest generation Allwinner processor known as the A80T. This particular chipset will share a similar big.LITTLE architecture that can be found in Samsung’s Exynos range, where it boasts of a quartet of A7 cores and as well as another four A15 cores. Depending on the situation, it is capable of running either block, where the the former will work in an effort to reduce power consumption, while the latter kicks into action when hard hitting processing muscle is required. In fact, the Onda V989 managed to rack up 48,102 points in an AnTuTu benchmark!

As you can see in the chart above, 48,102 points would place it at nearly double that of what the HTC One (it was not detailed whether this is the HTC One (M7) or the HTC One (M8), although we would gun for the former since the HTC One (M8) has performed admirably well), as well as being ahead of the Samsung Galaxy Note 3. Assisted by a PowerVR Series6 GPU known as the 64-core Power VR G6230-, do expect the Onda V989 to pack quite a punch when it eventually rolls out.
