samsung logoIt is safe to assume that apart from the Samsung Galaxy S5, the next handset many are looking forward to from Samsung would be the Galaxy Note 4, unless of course the Samsung Galaxy F rumors prove to be true. Now according to an earlier post, the alleged leaked specs of the Galaxy Note 4 surfaced.

While the rumors claimed a QHD display, they did not mention its size, or type of display. However according to a recent report from the Korean media, they have suggested that the Galaxy Note 4 could come in two different display types. One will be a regular flat display, while the other model will sport a curved display instead.

It does sound like an outrageous claim although given that Samsung did release the Galaxy Round last year, we know for sure that smartphones with curved displays aren’t entirely impossible, although we have to wonder if those curved displays will be able to display a QHD resolution, since we doubt users would want a Galaxy Note 4 with a 720p HD display, right?

The report goes on to note that the Galaxy Note 4 with the curved display will be limited to certain markets, more niche markets, while the flat screen display will be intended for the more mainstream markets. Once again it doesn’t sound entirely improbable, but what do you guys think? Could Samsung really be making a curved version of the Galaxy Note 4?
