I am sure that most gamers like me can’t wait for the new Batman title to be released. Most gamers have been impressed with it ever since it was announced and we were given a first glimpse through a trailer. The big Arkham Knight world would certainly be a joy to explore. While we still have to wait quite a bit for the title to be released, some details about the game’s story were revealed on the official Facebook page of Batman Arkham Knight.
The first post gives us a look at the Arkham Knight, the bad guy in this title, who wears a suit similar to Batman. The Arkham Knight gives his army the command to start “Operation Savior” and have its hands “wrapped tight around Gotham’s throat within the hour.”
As the command comes through the bad guys bring out the big guns and roll out their tanks. Gotham City Police Department is ill-equipped to take on the Arkham Knight’s army so Commissioner Gordon orders his people off the streets saying “we’re not equipped to deal with what’s out there. Thank God there’s someone who is.” Doesn’t take a genius to figure out that he’s talking about Bruce Wayne a.k.a Batman.
Undoubtedly this is going to be a formidable challenge for Batman, for you, the player who controls Batman. Then again, that’s what’s going to make the title fun to play. Batman Arkham Knight will be released for next-gen consoles and PC in 2015.
