forza-horizon-2-cars

Following the announcement at this year’s E3 conference a lot of Xbox owners were no doubt curious about the cars that would be included in the Forza Horizon 2 racing game. At the time this information was not provided but now the folks behind this game have finally revealed the first 100 cars that will be available in Forza Horizon 2. The game promises to offer more than 200 cars to players when it launches later this year.

The list of cars includes classics like the 1964 Aston Martin DBS, the 1979 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 and the 1964 Chevrolet Impala SS 409. It even includes some rather eye popping vehicles like the 2014 Lamborghini Huracán LP 610-4, the 2013 Ferrari LaFerrari and the 2013 McLaren P1.

All of these cars have been modelled from the ground up. On the Xbox One they have exclusive next-generation features which include working headlights, windscreen wipers and interior lights.

Forza Horizon 2 will be available for Xbox One and Xbox 360. It is being developed by different developers for both consoles, the Xbox One version is under Playground Games whereas Sumo Digital is working on the Xbox 360 version.

The title is destined for release on September 30th in North America. Its unclear right now if the launch will take place in Europe on the same day and if both Xbox 360 and Xbox One versions will be released side by side.
