Earlier this month, the trailer for “Halo: The Master Chief Collection” was revealed, but this does not mean that there are any additional details revealed concerning “Halo 2: Anniversary” which has been long awaited. Well, good things come to all who wait – and it seems that new details have already appeared on the Halo Waypoint website that touches on “Halo 2: Anniversary.”

Apparently, “Halo 2: Anniversary” will arrive with a redesign of the fan-favorite map that many have come to know and love, “Zanzibar.” First introduced in the original “Halo 2” on the Xbox (boy, that surely seems to be so long ago, right?) before it was reintroduced in “Halo 3” on the Xbox 360. The Xbox One does not want to miss out on this iconic map either, as it will be making another appearance on “Halo 2: Anniversary”.

The title “Halo: The Master Chief Collection” does point to the obvious that it will comprise of four games that will see Master Chief play the role of the main protagonist. These titles will be extremely smooth in nature, running at a whopping 60 frames per second in 1080p resolution, and it will also boast of all DLCs that has ever rolled out to the gaming masses. Not only that, remastered versions of Halo 2, 3, and 4 will also boast of the Forge map editor, and those who are interested can look forward to the collection’s release later this November 11 for $60 a pop. Any takers?
