BlackBerry-LogoCall it a perk or anything else that you like, but it seems that a handful of BlackBerry users who happen to be members of the Beta Zone will eventually have the chance to test out pre-release BlackBerry 10 products. How do we know this? Well, there was an email which was delivered to this select bunch of BlackBerry owners, citing that their past participation in the Beta Zone was enough to make them part of future software update testers, as well as to enlist their help in reporting bug fixes.

If you happen to be one of the lucky BlackBerry 10 users to be on the receiving end of such an email to hop aboard this particular testing program, you would then be required to take a survey in order to determine whether you are qualified to be a member.

Said email has also stressed on the fact that users will have to make use of their existing BlackBerry 10-powered smartphone, which means that you would have to forget about giving newer BlackBerry devices a go. Testing software and apps has its own importance in the large scheme of things, and I know that some folks out there simply love to make it their mission in life to discover whether a particular app can be “broken” or not.
