lumia-830-leakThere has been some rumors of a new Nokia Lumia 830 smartphone going around, including an alleged image of it being caught on camera to boot. Well, the Lumia 830 is touted to be the first mid-range smartphone from Nokia that will sport a PureView camera module underneath the hood, and it looks as though it has already made an appearance in the wild – only to be caught on camera and shared.

Touted to be unveiled at Nokia’s September 4th event when the IFA 2014 expo kicks off in Berlin early next month, we also do hope to check out the upcoming Nokia Lumia 730, aka the “selfie phone“, because of the latter’s front-facing 5MP camera.

As for the Nokia Lumia 830, it is tipped to arrive with a 4.5” display (the resolution count remains unknown), a Snapdragon chipset with LTE connectivity, and a PureView camera. While the leak does point to a fair number of colors for the potential Nokia Lumia 830, it does look as though there is a hardware Windows button as well as an on-screen Windows button – do you think this is a Photoshop job, or is it a deliberate design decision from Nokia? Only time will tell, as with all other rumors.
