Asus today added two new models to its ultrabook lineup. Touting an Intel Core i7 processor the UX303LA and UX303LN have a “smoky brown” chassis which comes in at only 0.7-inch thick. Asus rounds off things with a spun-metal finish which according to the company “echoes the spirit of Zen.” The new ultrabook shave a starting price point of $899.

The Asus Zenbook UX303LN ultrabook also has a NVIDIA GeForce GT 840M graphics as well as a Quad HD + IPS display with 3,200×1,800 pixel resolution and touchscreen support. The company promises “stunning lifelike visuals” with a 170 degree viewing angle. SonicMaster audio, an Asus exclusive, which incorporates Bang & Olufsen and ICEpower technology is also onboard.

Both new ultrabooks come with all flash SSD storage and claim battery life of up to seven hours on a single charge. The UX303LA has a 1,920×1,080 pixel resolution 13.3-inch display, 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, the UX303LN touts 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. Both ultrabooks have a HD camera, 64-bit Windows 8.1, 3 USB 3.0 ports, 1 mini Display Port and 1 card reader.

These new ultrabooks from Asus measure 12.7″ x 8.8″ x 0.7″ ~ 0.8″ and weigh in at 3.2lbs. Asus says that these have been made for users who want to work on the fly, the portability and power these ultrabooks offer certainly make that possible. The Zenbook UX303 ultrabooks start from $899 and will start shipping in September.
