Motorola-LogoIs Motorola on a roll or something today? Apparently so, as we brought you word earlier today that the company is working on 8 new devices that ought to see the light of the day before the end of the year, and here we are with more word that Motorola is also testing out many other tablets, and these are set to be released sometime later next year.

An anonymous source that claims to be close to the situation claims that Motorola is working on tablets that will start from 7” in size (which makes perfect sense since that is one of the more popular sizes out there), and these will also include the far larger 11” and 12.5” monster tablets. It looks as though the 7” tablets that are being tested are more on the development path that will eventually lead to a commercial release, but the same cannot be said of the 11” and 12.5” models.

Apparently, the Snapdragon 801 SoC will be part of the 7” model testing, but there are whispers that the Tegra K1 processor would be the chip that will see action in the final product. Should these multiple tablets eventually make their way through the testing phase, a summer 2015 release date has been slated.
