oppo-n1-mini-camera

Like most of the major smartphone manufacturers Oppo too embraced the “mini” trend this year. We first heard about the Oppo N1 mini a few months back and sure enough the company officially confirmed the device, however it left out crucial details about the specifications, which is why most of us are still curious about what its hiding under the hood. Oppo has once again teased the device, highlighting its 24 megapixel “Ultra HD” camera.

Just like its high-end sibling, the Oppo N1, the N1 mini has a swivel camera which performs both front facing and rear facing duties. The sensor is a 13 megapixel Sony 6-element lens with 1/3.2″ sensor size. Oppo’s Super Zoom mode, which was first introduced with the Oppo Find 7, is present onboard and it works at 24 megapixel.

The display on this device is believed to come in at 5-inches though Oppo hasn’t revealed the resolution as yet, my guess is that its 1080p. Its expected to be powered by either an Exynos processor from Samsung or a MediaTek chip. As far as the software end goes the Oppo N1 mini is powered by mini with the manufacturer’s Color OS 1.4 customization slapped on top.

Oppo still hasn’t revealed any information about the full specifications and availability so all its fans can do right now is wait for it to come through on all of this.
