P9983-comparison-small-700x434It is no secret that BlackBerry and Porsche have a longstanding partnership with one another when it comes to making phones. BlackBerry has consistently released Porsche-themed smartphones in the past which is why we have to say it’s not that surprising to learn that a new P’9983 Porsche BlackBerry smartphone is in the works.

That being said, the folks at N4BB have recently managed to get their hands on what appears to be a rendering of the upcoming BlackBerry Porsche Design P’9983 “Khan” smartphone, which you can see in the image above where it is compared next to the Porsche Design P’9981. According to N4BB, the P’9983 will be the first BlackBerry 10 Porsche Design smartphone with a QWERTY keyboard design.

The specs of the handset have yet to be officially revealed, but according to N4BB, they claim that the handset is expected to sport a 3.5-inch touchscreen display, 3GB of RAM, a dual-core processor clocked at 1.7GHz, and will come with 64GB of onboard storage. While they did not mention the price, based on previous Porsche Design releases, safe to say that it will cost you a pretty penny to own one.

Unfortunately there is no word on when the P’9983 “Khan” will see a release, but we’ll be keeping our eyes peeled for more information, but in the meantime what do you guys think? Are you digging its design?
