toshiba-chromebook-cb30-007When it comes to Chromebooks, these are not exactly computing devices that will actually light up the consumer electronics market, unless you are one who is always on the lookout for a decent computer that does all of the bare basics – surfing the Internet and doing some word processing from time to time, without having to break the bank. Well, here is something from Toshiba that might just fit the bill perfectly – the Toshiba Chromebook CB30-007, which is a 13” Bay Trail laptop.

Needless to say, the Toshiba Chromebook CB30-007 would be the latest Chromebook that hails from this Japanese hardware manufacturer. When you take a first look at it, it is similar to the model that Toshiba released earlier in 2014, but that particular model came with an Intel Celeron 2955 Haswell processor, while this latest bad boy would arrive with a lower-power Celeron N2830 Bay Trail chip.

Appearing in Australia first, it would not surprise anyone if the Toshiba Chromebook CB30-007 were to eventually make its way to the U.S. as well as on the Old Continent. Apart from the dual-core Intel Celeron N2830 processor, it will feature a 13.3” 1366 x 768 pixel display, 2GB RAM, and 16GB of internal memory. The RAM remains as it is from the day of purchase, so you’re pretty much maxed out there.
