bo-beovision-avant-85Bang & Olufsen is a company known for their high-end audio and home electronic products. Now earlier this year, the company unveiled a UHD television in the form of the BeoVision Avant 55, but if you thought that the Avant 55 was too small and you wanted an even larger television, the genies at Bang & Olufsen have granted your wish.

The company has recently taken the wraps off the BeoVision Avant 85 which as the name implies, is an 85-inch UHD television set and will also take the flagship spot in the company’s TV lineup. The BeoVision Avant 85 will also feature a new sound panel that will sport seven integrated drivers and will slide to the sides to provide a stereo experience.

The TV will also come with a 6.5-inch Coscone subwoofer and will also come with a wireless transmitter that will support additional speakers. The BeoVision Avant 85 has also been given an anti-reflection treatment which the company claims will dampen reflections by as much as 98%.

The TV will feature Bang & Olufsen’s Smart TV platform and will come with a variety of ports such as HDMI, USB, WLAN/LAn, DLNA, and three Peripheral Unit Controller connects that allows users to attach up to six external devices to it. Unfortunately the BeoVision Avant 85 does not come cheap and will be priced at an eye-watering $22,995 and is expected to be released in October.
