Apple fans have something to be excited about. The company has confirmed that it will be live streaming the iPhone 6 event that’s already been penciled in for September 9th. Those who haven’t been invited to be present at the event can take a look at the proceedings courtesy of the live stream. A page for the iPhone 6 event live stream has gone up on Apple’s website, for now it displays a countdown timer that’s ticking down till the aforementioned date.

The iPhone 6 event is going to take place next Tuesday at 10 am PDT. There’s a change of venue this time around. Instead of choosing Moscone West, Apple has gone with the Flint Center for the Performing Arts located in Cupertino. The company is also building a mystery structure outside the venue and it is not clear at this point in time exactly what the structure is for.

We already know what the highlight of this event is going to be. The new iPhones will be unveiled that many of us have been anxiously waiting for. Recent reports suggest that the iWatch may also make an appearance. An analyst predicts today that the iPad Air 2 will also be unveiled next Tuesday, but this is the first we’re hearing of this possibility.

What’s true and what’s not will only be clarified on September 9th. Fortunately there’s less than a week to go so lets count down the days until then.
