lg-g3-phone-018The LG G3 has been released and has been available for sometime already, but if you are still on the fence as to whether you should buy the phone or some other brand, perhaps a newly launched promotion by LG could tempt you. The South Korean tech company has recently revealed a promotion in which customers who purchase the LG G3 would be eligible to receive a free charging cradle and an extra 3,000mAh battery.

According to LG, this offer is valid for any LG G3 customer in the US and will be valid until the 22nd of September. Unfortunately according to the promotion, this does not extend to customers who have already bought an LG G3 as it seems that the offer will be valid for purchases starting from the 8th of September (today) till the 22nd of September.

All customers would have to do is send in their IMEI number of their LG G3 handset and proof of receipt, after which you should receive your freebies. Based on this we assume it will work with devices bought on contract and outright. The free battery and cradle will apparently take 4-6 weeks to arrive, but hey, it’s better than nothing, right?

We’re not sure what’s with the sudden generosity, perhaps worried about Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy Note 4, but either way if you’d like to take advantage of the deal, head on over to LG’s website to learn more about it.
