lumia830-chinaEarlier this month, Microsoft had officially announced the Nokia Lumia 830 and according to AT&T, they have plans to launch the device, although no specific dates were mentioned. Well according to the folks at Windows Phone Central, they have heard that it is possible that AT&T could be getting ready to sell the device come 7th of November.

Unfortunately there was no price mentioned, although given that the phone is priced close to $400 for an unlock model via eBay, there is a good chance that the phone might be priced pretty affordably with a new contract, although this is simply speculation on our part and we’ll just have to wait and see what AT&T has in store for us.

The rumored 7th of November launch is also in line with Stephen Elop’s estimation where he predicted that they would be selling the phone before the holidays. However it seems that over in China, they will be getting their hands on the phone before the US as the phone has been pegged for a release on the 13th of October.

For those who might have missed our coverage, the Nokia Lumia 830 will sport a 5-inch HD display and will feature a ClearBlack IPS LCD display with a Gorilla Glass 3 cover. It will be powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor clocked at 1.2GHz and will come with 1GB of RAM, 16GB of onboard storage, and a microSD card slot for memory expansion. It will also feature a 10MP PureVIew camera with ZEISS optics, a 0.9MP front-facing camera, and NFC and Bluetooth connectivity.
