Samsung-galaxy-note-4-21

The wait finally ended yesterday when Samsung conducted its Unpacked Episode 2 event in Berlin on the eve of the IFA 2014 trade show. At the event Samsung unveiled the Galaxy Note 4, the Galaxy Note Edge, the Gear VR headset and also showed off its 3G capable Gear S smartwatch. Its an impressive lineup but a majority of Samsung fans are most interested in finding out the Galaxy Note 4 release date. Some information about that has come in today.

According to the folks at Galaxy Club, which is a Dutch publication, the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 release date in the Netherlands is October 10th. That’s also the date when this phablet is expected to hit shelves in most European countries. The release date in North America might be a bit different than this.

However all four major U.S. carriers as well as U.S. Cellular have confirmed that they will be carrying the Galaxy Note 4. The major carriers will also be offering other devices unveiled at yesterday’s event, everyone has picked the ones they want to offer. All of them say that the devices will go on sale later this fall and none have revealed precise release dates as yet.

We’ll certainly keep an eye out for Galaxy Note 4 release date in the U.S. It should be kept in mind though that Samsung has not confirmed the European release date itself so its possible that there might be some changes across the pond.
