htc one review m8 labshot 04 640x359If you happen to be rocking to the HTC One – it does not matter whether it is the older HTC One (M7) or the newer and more accomplished HTC One (M8), as long as you happen to have the smartphone and are a Verizon subscriber, here is news that might make you sit up and feel joyful. Apparently, HTC executive Mo Versi did share over Twitter that the HTC One (M7) smartphone is on the verge of receiving Android 4.4.3 later this week, where this update will comprise of a variety of fixes as well as an Extreme Power Saving mode that ought to find plenty of fans clamoring for it.

Apart from that, the HTC One (M8), too, is tipped to be on the receiving end of this particular update as it rolls out later next week. So far, there has been different variants of both smartphones that have already received the bump to Android 4.4.3 KitKat in recent times, and hence it is rather comforting to know that Verizon’s models too, will not lose out on the firmware update race, but rather, they will be on par with the rest of the users. Well, a little bit of patience will definitely go a long way, so do not give up hope on your HTC One (M8) just yet as there is just one more week left to wait.
