nokia-lumia-925-review-24

It is taken both Microsoft and T-Mobile a considerable amount of time to release the Windows Phone 8.1 update for T-Mobile Lumia 925. Those who have this device on the fourth largest carrier in the country need not worry anymore. Today the T-Mobile Lumia 925 Windows Phone 8.1 update has finally been released. It is a major upgrade which brings a plethora of new features to the device.

Word on the street yesterday was that an update will soon be pushed out for this device. The new software has now started rolling out for all users with a Lumia 925 on the carrier however it may take some time before it becomes available across all regions.

The T-Mobile software support page for Lumia 925 has been updated to reflect this latest release which also includes support for T-Mobile and Gogo’s inflight texting service.

Do keep in mind that if during the update you receive an error which says that “Update needs more space,” a handy step by step guide has been posted by T-Mobile which will guide users through the issue and help them resolve it.

While multiple reports from people who have been able to download this update have already come in it appears that the roll out is being done in a staged form which means that the update may not be released to all subscribers at once, rather it will require some time to become available for all.
