mgs-v-groundzeroesAs gamers might have heard, Metal Gear Solid 5: Ground Zeroes will be making its way onto the PC come 18th of December, but in case you were wondering about some of the details about the game, Kojima Productions has recently confirmed some additional details that gamers might be interested to learn about.

Now for those who are into graphics and are concerned about the quality, the developer has revealed that the game will be locked at 60 frames per second, which should provide for a rather smooth gameplay experience. It was also revealed that Sony’s DualShock 3 and DualShock 4 controllers will be supported.

However they will not have proprietary input displays in the UI. Instead gamers will have to contend with the Xbox controller UI, so this might take some getting used to for PlayStation gamers. Alternatively gamers can always turn to the mouse and keyboard combination in the event that you’d rather not use a gamepad.

Unfortunately as far as minimum and recommended hardware specs are concerned, Kojima Productions did not mention anything about that for now, but hopefully we will hear more closer to its release. However they also claimed that the PC version will feature increased shadow resolution, more simultaneous light sources, increase of on-screen character models, and so on. 4K resolution will also be support so those with 4K displays will be able to take advantage of that.
