Itching to play the Dark Souls II on your PlayStation 4 or Xbox One? Well you can get those pencils out now because its time to mark your calendars. Namco Bandai has confirmed today that in April Dark Souls II for PS4 and Xbox One will be released. It will come as a compilation which will not only include the title but DLC expansions as well.

Developed by Japanese studio FROMSOFTWARE, Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin is the compilation which includes Dark Souls II along with its three DLC expansions, Crown of the Sunken King, Crown of the Old Iron King and Crown of the Ivory King. Additional new content will be included in the compilation as well.

There’s good news for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 owners as well but they haven’t been forgotten. Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin will be released on those consoles as well apart from the PC. Overhauled graphics and extra features will make it worth your while to give the game another go on previous generation consoles.

Now for the release date marking time. Namco Bandai says that Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin will be released on all aforementioned platforms come April 7th, 2015.
