Ah, the world of fonts. There are so many different kinds of fonts to choose from, so much so that it can be pretty difficult to decide on a particular one. The artistic folks are the ones who ought to be able to make a better choice, really. Well, when it comes to those who are suffering from dyslexia, they happen to find it rather difficult to read words shown in fonts that are mostly legible to everyone. Apparently, there is a brand new font in the market which could possibly make it easier for those who have dyslexia to be able to read.
Designer Christian Boer has shared his hopes that the font, known as Dyslexie, will be able to assist those who happen to suffer from the disability. Dyslexie.com has described the font as revolutionary, and it would help to “simplify life for those with Dyslexia.”
At time of publishing, one will be able to download Dyslexie without having to fork out a single cent. The moment you have downloaded it and have it installed, you will be able to use it in emails, Word documents, and other kinds of apps or programs that display words. This is definitely an interesting, albeit alternative method of approaching the subject of dyslexia.
