We’re not sure how many of you guys have actually thought that wouldn’t it be cool if you had a MOBA that you could play on your phone? Given that most MOBAs tend to be rather drawn out affairs and requires a lot of scrolling around on the screen, a phone really doesn’t seem to be the best place for it.

That being said, developers Super Evil Megacorp begs to differ and come later this month, the company’s MOBA for iOS devices Vainglory will be made available for download. Super Evil Megacorp’s team comprises of developers from Riot, Blizzard, and Rockstar, so safe to say that they have a lot of experience.

In order to make Vainglory playable on mobile, the developers have limited teams to 3 players on each side as opposed to five, and have also capped matches at 20 minutes so that gamers won’t have to worry about playing matches that lasts 45 minutes to an hour. There is also only one lane as opposed to multiple lanes to help simplify the gameplay.

From what we can tell, the game looks really promising and for those living in Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand, Vainglory is already available for download. Those living in Europe can look forward to it come 13th of November, and those living in North America, South America, the Middle East and Africa and expect its release on the 18th of November. It will be compatible with the iPhone 5s and above.
