samsung-masterSamsung has its fair share of smartphones released through the years, and at this point in time, they happen to have a monopoly over every single range, starting from the entry level to the mid-range and high end side of things. In fact, their very own Master range of flip phones which target the elderly was launched only in May earlier this year, and there is a follow up that is already in the pipeline. This latest device is known as the Master Dual, and its main feature would be the inclusion of a 2.2” display that is located right above the clamshell, allowing it to complement the 3” display that is located inside.

In all other aspects of the Samsung Master Dual, it is more or less a very basic smartphone. Other hardware specifications include a 3-megapixel main camera, arriving with GPS connectivity as well as support for 2G radios. Apart from that, there is also a feature that offers additional peace of mind if you have elderly parents living with you, since the handset can be set to alert relatives if it has not been used for a certain period of time. Folks who happen to be in South Korea and would like to pick up the Samsung Master Dual will be able to pick it up for approximately $280 a pop after conversion, where it is available from SK Telecom.
