verizon-logo-stone-wallMobile carrier Verizon Wireless has plans to roll off this coming holiday season by introducing “Connection Day” this coming November 26th. It has been said that the Wednesday right before Thanksgiving would be an infamous day, since it also happens to be one of the worst travel days in the calendar year, and Verizon has worked with other companies in order to roll out a mobile package of services which is meant to make your traveling all the more enjoyable, and every little bit helps for sure.

With Connection Day, Verizon will be offering extra data to customers, where they will team up with the likes of Amazon, Apple, Boingo Wireless, Condé Nast, Gogo Technologies, JetBlue and Pandora so that entertainment and connectivity, among others, will be offered as well. Verizon will be offering 1GB of data to its customers who happen to be on the “MORE Everything” plan, although those customers will need to register here first. The same group of customers will also be on the receiving end of another 1GB during the next billing cycle.

Non-Verizon customers, too, would be able to receive special mobile access to popular movies and TV shows on November 26 after registering, although one will first need to download the FiOS Preview app beforehand – which will be free.
