Looks like there’s yet another smartphone that Samsung has up its sleeve. If recent findings are correct then this device will be released by the company either by the end of this year or in early 2015. The launch might come either before or after the Galaxy A7 which would actually be the thinnest smartphone that Samsung has ever launched. As far as this device is concerned it is believed to be a mid-range smartphone carrying model number E700.

If what we know about the E700 is correct then its likely going to be a mid-range smartphone that’s an affordable alternative to the Galaxy A7. The Samsung Galaxy A7 is going to be a premium phablet so it would make sense for the company to release a similar looking device that is comparatively cheaper.

A user agent profile from Samsung’s own website shows that the E700 may have a 5.5-inch 720p display with a 32-bit processor clocked at 1.5GHz. No further details have appeared online as yet apart from the possibility that it might come with Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box.

Previous findings have also indicated that a variant of this phone might be released only for emerging markets where it will have support for dual SIMs. Samsung is yet to confirm anything about the E700, there’s radio silence from the company on this up till now.
