If you are a heavy Instagram user, and have been wishing for the longest time for a bunch of new photo filters, fret not – that day has finally arrive, and hopefully it will be able to be the answer to your prayers. We are not talking about one, nor a couple, but five new photo filters that will be part of Instagram now.
A couple of Decembers ago, both Mayfair and Willow filters were introduced to Instagram, and since then, plenty has happened with photography trends evolving all too quickly, not to mention the smartphone’s camera having evolved to deliver a whole new level of unprecedented performance.
The new filters can be seen at the front of your filter tray, where they will be Slumber, Crema, Ludwig, Aden and Perpetua. These filters soften and subtly shift colors in order to achieve the look as well as feel that you would like to check out in each of your photos. Not only that, since everyone has their favorite filters, Instagram wants to keep things simple, hence introducing a new “Manage” button that is located at the end of your filter tray, where you tap it in order to re-arrange the order of your filters, while stashing away those that you have not used for the longest time, if ever.
