WP_20141204_10_19_19_RawAs you might have heard, Microsoft has recently begun to push out the Lumia Denim update to its Lumia series of devices. This is a particularly important update especially if you love taking photos on your Lumia device and was hoping that Microsoft could make some improvements in that area.

Well you’re in luck because Microsoft has and in their latest Lumia Conversations post, Microsoft shares some photos snapped with the Lumia 930 after the update. Personally we wish Microsoft would have shared some before and after photos, but either way these new photos taken post-update do look good.

WP_20141214_15_04_55_RichImages look crisp and dynamic, and even photos taken in poor lighting appear to have kept their details, although this could also have to do with the phone’s camera and not necessarily its software. However the update did bring about a faster camera app which allows more photos snapped at once, which is great for those looking to capture moving objects.

Microsoft is also boasting about the new algorithms they have added to the camera which according to the Redmond company will allow for even crisper photos in the daylight or even in low light. There is also Rich Capture which simplifies the auto HDR, Dynamic Flash, and Dynamic Exposure process.

So what do you guys think? Any Lumia owners with the Lumia Denim upgrade agree that their photos look a lot better now after the update? Or can you even tell the difference?
