Not too long ago China eased restrictions on gaming consoles which meant that companies like Sony and Microsoft could start selling their latest machines in the country. Both of them confirmed earlier this year that their latest consoles will be headed to China in the near future. Microsoft Xbox One has already been on sale in the People’s Republic for nearly three months while Sony just today confirmed the PS4 and PS Vita release date for China.

While China may have relaxed conditions on gaming consoles, the number of titles available to gamers will be limited, because they have to be approved by the country’s relevant ministry. Sony revealed the list of titles that will be available alongside its consoles, reiterating its commitment to offer “healthy games that are suitable to China’s national conditions.”

Both the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita will be sold in black and white colors. Sony is also going to offer a limited “Dragon Edition” shown above which basically has a picture of a dragon on the console. There’s nothing more, nothing less in this limited edition console.

The PlayStation 4 will cost 2,899 yuan, roughly $470 and the Vita will come in at 1,299 which equals to about $210. Both consoles will go on sale in China from January 11th, 2015.
