sm-g430There are different ways to actually check out whether a particular smartphone is about to hit the market or not – and checking out the import database does offer a fair number of clues, too. In fact, what is seen to be the Samsung SM G430 has recently been caught on an Indian import database, where this yet unknown quantity is said to come with a Full HD display (that will definitely help it keep up with the times) in 5.5” glory, a quad-core 2.5GHz Snapdragon 801 SoC, and Android 4.4 KitKat right out of the box, although who are we to say that all of these are finalized and will not change by the time it launches sometime next year?

Apart from that, the import listing from India does point to how the smartphone has actually made its way to the world’s second most populous country for research and development purposes, so apart from what has been gleaned above, nothing else is known about it. However, it does look as though this is going to be a decent mid-range handset, and there are whispers going around that we could actually see the Samsung SM G430 appear at Mobile World Congress next year. This does seem to be in line with Samsung’s plan to streamline their smartphone business even further.
